Miami is one of the world’s most popular holiday spots. It has so much to offer; from its countless beach areas, to culture and museums, from spa and shopping days out, to endless cuban restaurants and cafes. Miami is a multicultural city that has something to offer to everyone.
Just 7 miles (11 km) long and a little more than 1 mile (1½ km) wide, this island, the capital and seat of the Turks and Caicos government, has been a longtime favorite destination for divers eager to explore the 7,000-foot-deep pristine coral walls that drop down only 300 yards out to sea. On shore, the tiny, quiet island is home to white-sand beaches, the National Museum, and a small population of wild horses and donkeys, which leisurely meander past the white-walled courtyards, pretty churches, and bougainvillea-covered colonial inns on their daily commute into town. But things aren't entirely sleepy: a cruise-ship complex at the southern end of the island brings about 600,000 visitors per year. That said, the dock is self-contained and is about 3 miles (5 km) from the tranquil, small hotels of Cockburn Town, Pillory Beach, and the Ridge and far from most of the western-shore dive sites. Pristine beaches with vistas of turquoise waters, small local settlements, historic ruins, and native flora and fauna are among the sights on Grand Turk. Fewer than 4,000 people live on this 7½-square-mile (19-square-km) island, and it's hard to get lost, as there aren't many roads.
Previously called Little Stirrup Cay, Coco Cay is now a private island owned by Royal Caribbean International. The resort offers exclusive activities and relaxation for their cruise line passengers.
The lovely little dual islands of Bimini consists of two main islands—North Bimini Island and South Bimini Island— as well as countless cays. Located just 50 miles off Florida’s coast, Bimini is the closest Bahamian island to the United States, and as such is the most “American” if all the Bahamian Islands. Yet, the miles and miles of pristine beaches are witness to the fact that yes, this is the Bahamas and yes, this is paradise indeed.

What you eat on vacation is almost as important as where you go, and on every Celebrity vacation, we bring both those things together perfectly. The captivating scents and flavors of your dining experience will transport you to new places—without even leaving your table. On our newest ship, Celebrity BeyondSM, you’ll embark on a culinary journey like no other. Featuring 32 food and beverage venues, including eight specialty restaurants and an array of bars and lounges, every experience will excite your palate and leave you wanting more.
Our menus are inspired by the amazing regions we visit around the world. Our Global Culinary Ambassador, world-renowned chef Daniel Boulud, also creates new, exclusive signature dishes for guests of Luminae and the Chef’s Table experience, there’s something to please every palate. Along with our top culinary talent on board who prepare the dishes fresh daily using locally sourced ingredients, you’ll enjoy the best dining experience at sea.

And we take that philosophy even further on Celebrity Beyond by bringing back the mouth-watering specialty restaurants created for Celebrity Edge® and adding to the list an incredible new restaurant created by the world-renowned chef, Daniel Boulud.

Main Dining
We completely reimagined our already incredible main dining experience when we introduced Celebrity Edge®, and it’s only getting better on our third Edge Series ship, Celebrity Beyond℠. Once again, you can discover not one but four complimentary main restaurants, each with a distinctive design and signature dishes inspired by specific regions of the world. Now, you’ll find new menus and menu selections across our main restaurants.
On our Celebrity Edge® Series ships, we may have reinvented the main restaurant experience with four different venues, but we haven’t changed the way you plan your dining. With Celebrity Select Dining you can choose early seating at 6:00 P.M., late seating at 8:30 P.M., or dine whenever you want. You’ll be assigned one of the four main restaurants, while having the option to dine in the other three upon request and availability.
Complimentary Dining
In addition to our four main restaurants, you’ll find an array of complimentary dining options aboard Celebrity Beyond. From Eden Café to The Spa Café and Juice Bar, and from our market-place inspired Oceanview Café to our poolside Mast Grill, there’s every opportunity to please your palate morning, noon, and night.
More complimentary dining options on Celebrity Beyond include Eden Café, where you’ll find gourmet sandwiches, soups, and other fare, featuring an alfresco dining area and the gorgeous, three level Eden to find an intimate nook with spectacular views to enjoy your meal. Feel like eating a little lighter? Step up to The Spa Café and Juice Bar—tucked into a relaxing corner of the adults-only Solarium—to enjoy a light breakfast or lunch in the most soothing atmosphere on board. Take a break from your relaxing day by the pool to grab a bite at Mast Grill. With so many options available, you’re sure to find exactly what you’re craving any time of day.
