Person Specification

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing sales role.
  • Experience in luxury or bespoke travel services.
  • Background in corporate travel, high-end hospitality, or tour operations.
  • Training or experience in conflict resolution and handling customer complaints.
  • Worked within a retail travel agency
