Feast on traditional meals designed by a chef—without worrying about any of the prep or cleanup. Marvel at our festive decorations, like Christmas trees covered in trimmings and tinsel that will make you feel right at home. Sing along with carolers, watch holiday-themed shows at The Theatre, and welcome Santa on board as he pays a special visit to all of the lucky kids spending Christmas at sea.

Like many southeast Florida neighbors, Fort Lauderdale has long been revitalizing. In a state where gaudy tourist zones often stand aloof from workaday downtowns, Fort Lauderdale exhibits consistency at both ends of the 2-mile Las Olas corridor. The sparkling look results from upgrades both downtown and on the beachfront. Matching the downtown's innovative arts district, cafés, and boutiques is an equally inventive beach area, with hotels, cafés, and shops facing an undeveloped shoreline, and new resort-style hotels replacing faded icons of yesteryear. Despite wariness of pretentious overdevelopment, city leaders have allowed a striking number of glittering high-rises. Nostalgic locals and frequent visitors fret over the diminishing vision of sailboats bobbing in waters near downtown; however, Fort Lauderdale remains the yachting capital of the world, and the water toys don’t seem to be going anywhere.

Nassau's sheltered harbor bustles with cruise-ship activity, while a block away Bay Street's sidewalks are crowded with shoppers who duck into air-conditioned boutiques and relax on benches in the shade of mahogany and lignum vitae trees. Shops angle for tourist dollars with fine imported goods at duty-free prices, yet you'll find a handful of stores overflowing with authentic Bahamian crafts, food supplies, and other delights. With a revitalization of downtown ongoing—the revamped British Colonial Hilton leading the way—Nassau is recapturing some of its past glamour. Nevertheless, modern influences are completely apparent: fancy restaurants, suave clubs, and trendy coffeehouses have popped up everywhere. These changes have come partly in response to the growing number of upper-crust crowds that now supplement the spring breakers and cruise passengers who have traditionally flocked to Nassau. Of course, you can still find a wild club or a rowdy bar, but you can also sip cappuccino while viewing contemporary Bahamian art or dine by candlelight beneath prints of old Nassau, serenaded by soft, island-inspired calypso music. A trip to Nassau wouldn't be complete without a stop at some of the island's well-preserved historic buildings. The large, pink colonial-style edifices house Parliament and some of the courts, while others, like Fort Charlotte, date back to the days when pirates ruled the town. Take a tour via horse-drawn carriage for the full effect.

Begin exploring the capital by strolling along the waterfront Harbour Drive to Elmslie Memorial United Church, named after the first Presbyterian missionary to serve in Cayman. Its vaulted ceiling, wooden arches, and sedate nave reflect the religious nature of island residents. In front of the court building, in the center of town, names of influential Caymanians are inscribed on the Wall of History, which commemorates the islands' quincentennial in 2003. Across the street is the Cayman Islands Legislative Assembly Building, next door to the 1919 Peace Memorial Building. In the middle of the financial district is the General Post Office, built in 1939. Let the kids pet the big blue iguana statues.

Cozumel, a Caribbean gem off Mexico’s Yucatán Peninsula, is celebrated for its crystal-clear waters, vibrant coral reefs, and rich Mayan history. A haven for divers and snorkelers, the island is home to the Mesoamerican Reef, teeming with colorful marine life. Beyond the sea, explore ancient ruins like San Gervasio, enjoy local charm in San Miguel’s markets, or relax on pristine beaches. Eco-parks like Punta Sur offer lush landscapes and wildlife encounters. Blending natural beauty, cultural heritage, and adventure, Cozumel promises a tropical escape that captivates every traveler.

What you eat on vacation is almost as important as where you go, and on every Celebrity vacation, we bring both those things together perfectly. On our newest ship, Celebrity BeyondSM, you’ll embark on a culinary journey like no other. Featuring 32 food and beverage venues, including eight specialty restaurants and an array of bars and lounges, every experience will excite your palate and leave you wanting more.

Our menus are inspired by the amazing regions we visit around the world. Our Global Culinary Ambassador, world-renowned chef Daniel Boulud, also creates new, exclusive signature dishes for guests of Luminae and the Chef’s Table experience, there’s something to please every palate. Along with our top culinary talent on board who prepare the dishes fresh daily using locally sourced ingredients, you’ll enjoy the best dining experience at sea.

Specialty Dining

We believe that fine dining on vacation is just as important as the places you’ll visit, and on a great vacation, those two things go hand-in-hand. And we take that philosophy even further on Celebrity Beyond by bringing back the mouth-watering specialty restaurants created for Celebrity Edge® and adding to the list an incredible new restaurant created by the world-renowned chef, Daniel Boulud.

Extraordinary vacations can transport you to new places by introducing you to new flavours and cuisines you may never had tried before. We believe that fine dining on vacation is just as important as the places you’ll visit, and on a great vacation, those two things go hand-in-hand. And we take that philosophy even further on Celebrity Beyond by bringing back the mouth-watering specialty restaurants created for Celebrity Edge® and adding to the list an incredible new restaurant created by our Global Culinary Ambassador, the world-renowned chef, Daniel Boulud.

Main Dining

We completely reimagined our already incredible main dining experience when we introduced Celebrity Edge®, and it’s only getting better on our third Edge Series ship, Celebrity Beyond℠. Once again, you can discover not one but four complimentary main restaurants, each with a distinctive design and signature dishes inspired by specific regions of the world. Now, you’ll find new menus and menu selections across our main restaurants.

On our Celebrity Edge® Series ships, we may have reinvented the main restaurant experience with four different venues, but we haven’t changed the way you plan your dining. With Celebrity Select Dining you can choose early seating at 6:00 P.M., late seating at 8:30 P.M., or dine whenever you want. You’ll be assigned one of the four main restaurants, while having the option to dine in the other three upon request and availability.

Complimentary Dining

In addition to our four main restaurants, you’ll find an array of complimentary dining options aboard Celebrity Beyond. From Eden Café to The Spa Café and Juice Bar, and from our market-place inspired Oceanview Café to our poolside Mast Grill, there’s every opportunity to please your palate morning, noon, and night.

More complimentary dining options on Celebrity Beyond include Eden Café, where you’ll find gourmet sandwiches, soups, and other fare, featuring an alfresco dining area and the gorgeous, three level Eden to find an intimate nook with spectacular views to enjoy your meal. Feel like eating a little lighter? Step up to The Spa Café and Juice Bar—tucked into a relaxing corner of the adults-only Solarium—to enjoy a light breakfast or lunch in the most soothing atmosphere on board.
