Your itinerary will be determined by the crew, who constantly monitor weather conditions and chances to see wildlife, and plot the course of the expedition accordingly. Behold the snowy wilderness of the remote islands of Spitsbergen, Nordaustlandet and Edgeøya, a breath taking sight under the dazzling midnight sun. This wild terrain is home to iconic Arctic wildlife, from Atlantic puffins and Arctic foxes playing on the rocks, to fluffy polar bears and walruses with epic tusks – just be sure to have your camera ready. Look out for the friendly, whiskered face of a seal, or the magical vision of Svalbard reindeer grazing on the mossy land.

Your ship’s expert crew is on hand to help arrange your adventures, with all the essential gear to brace the cold. Hop in a Zodiac RIB to discover the remote recesses of the wild icy tundra and get closer to its furry and feathered inhabitants. Hop on land for some exhilarating hiking, or perhaps you’ll glide across the glittering waters by kayak. Back aboard the ship, you'll dive even deeper into the wonders around you, with fascinating talks by guest lectures about history, culture, flora and wildlife. Once the voyage of a lifetime is over, you’ll hop back on the charter plane to Copenhagen, prior to catching your UK-bound flight.
